Are you completely satisfied with where you live? Let's learn to "read" the city, name its problems and together propose better solutions. Choose appropriate clothing, the 1.5 hour workshop takes place partly on the ground in the city, in all weathers. (Parents are responsible for the children if they are moving around in the field.)

A renowned architect and urban planner explains in a clear, lucid way, with a sense of illustration and playful exaggeration, how the urban space was created and how it developed, what its main advantages and disadvantages are, or how the city should reflect the demands of new housing and the quality of life of the old citizens. It defines problems such as the privatisation of cities, the deteriorating environment, increasing traffic pollution and dilapidated houses and areas. He does not simply offer a straightforward critique of the rush to modernisation, but rather explains the context of development and the fact that the needs of the inhabitants have changed over the years, while urban development has remained the same. For a better future for cities, he argues, plans drawn up by experts based on the demands of companies and citizens - which will soon include the book's teenage readers - are essential. To ensure that they don't get lost in the technical terms, the pair of artists have prepared not only classic illustrations but also spectacular three-dimensional models of city districts.
