The series of 24 discussion evenings for authors of children's books will be launched by the award-winning writer Pavel Hrnčíř. He studied library science and has been in the diplomatic service since 1994. His interest in human rights and humanitarian aid has taken him to Burmese refugee camps in Thailand and to the African continent, where he has participated in election observation missions in Côte d'Ivoire and Tunisia. He is the author of Komínek a Budíček, Mámo, táto, pojďte si hrát na balón and Plechová Mína.
